Space Aztecs

The Aztecs are under attack from alien invaders! Your objective is to rack up points by rounding up the people of your town and trying to protect them from flying saucer attacks.

Each round, starting with the first player, you will choose a deck of cards from 8 face down cards and then simultaneously choose a card to play paying attention to the time of day indicated on it. Whoever is the earlies twill play their card first and become the first player for the next round!

There are several families of cards: Warriors, High Society, Villagers, Agency and Codex. Each has its own scoring system or special effect. Some allow you to score points, others allow you to trigger flying saucer attacks, and still others protect your inhabitants.

The game ends when a certain number of decks of cards are empty or a certain number of flying saucers have been played.

Then you calculate your score and (guess what?) the person with the highest score wins the game.
