En Sensu, tienes que organizar tus cartas en abanicos plegables tradicionales japoneses. Para ello, primero debes reunir cartas de abanico en tu mano. Sólo puedes jugar estas cartas si tienes un valor total de exactamente 15. Dependiendo de la combinación de cartas, se pueden canjear de 1 a 3 cartas para construir un abanico personal.
El primer jugador que complete y cierre su tercer abanico gana la partida. En la versión avanzada, se utilizan reglas y componentes adicionales.
