Most interesting Kickstarters of April 2019

It has been a while since we talked about board games on Kickstarter and since then a lot of promising games have been available through this website. Kickstarter is a website on which you can help publishers to realize their latest game idea. This is done by giving the game a push in the back before it has been released. In exchange for this, you will get a copy of the game and most times some exclusive components. Below, you can find our picks for the most interesting games of April 2019 that are currently on Kickstarter.

[Fuji Koro Deluxe](https://www.tabletopfinder.eu/de/boardgame/13057/fuji-koro) is the newest game by [Game Brewer](https://www.tabletopfinder.eu/de/company/game-brewer). Mount Fuji is on the verge of erupting, red hot lava will consume the secret temples hidden in its vowels. The shogun sends his most noble and gifted samurai warriors on a quest to salvage the last remaining and precious artifacts. But on their path, they'll have to defeat furious dragons that have been awakened by the reactivated volcano.
This game can either be played competitively or cooperatively. Explore the volcano using your unique hero and collect resources that can be used to forge your own equipment and weapons that will allow you to venture further into the mountain. But be careful, the mountain keeps erupting while you are playing and by the end of the game, the board might consist mostly out of lava. Be prepared to escape through narrow passages to save your treasures.
This Kickstarter campaign has only a few days left at the moment of writing, so hurry if you want to get this unique game.

[Kingdom Rush: Rift In Time](https://www.tabletopfinder.eu/de/boardgame/13198/kingdom-rush-riss-in-der-zeit) is a cooperative tower defense game based on the video game that has the same name. In the game, you play one of the many campaigns in which you try to fend off the furious onslaught of the mysterious Time Mage. You will have to deploy your heroes to destroy the ever coming creatures or build towers all over the realm that will automatically attack oncoming enemies. By stopping the creatures you will get points that allow you to upgrade your towers or call for reinforcements in the form of soldiers that will help in the fight against these monsters.
The game contains many unique miniatures for each type of monster and for all of the included heroes. You will have to work together with your friends to puzzle and create detours for the monsters so you can attack them more efficiently. Take a look on the Kickstarter page for more information about this game.

[Roam](https://www.tabletopfinder.eu/de/boardgame/13199/roam-verloren-in-arzium) is a new game from the creators of [Nah und Fern](https://www.tabletopfinder.eu/de/boardgame/1385/nah-und-fern) and [Oben und Unten](https://www.tabletopfinder.eu/de/boardgame/442/oben-und-unten). Welcome to Arzium, land of ancient civilizations, bizarre creatures, unexplained wonders, and vibrant characters. A great sleeping sickness has spread across the land, sending every type of creature to wander for hundreds of miles in a dazed, incoherent march. It's your job to seek them out and wake them from their sleep, recruiting them to help you find even more lost souls!
Players start with three characters in their party and use them to explore the land of Arzium. You will use cubes to depict what lands have been discovered by you and this way you will encounter new characters that you can save from the sickness. When one of the players gets a team of ten characters or more, this player is the winner of the game.
The game can be played a number of different ways. There is an easy mode, a long mode, and an expert mode. Take a look at the Kickstarter page to learn more about all of these different ways to play.
